Although it is a very rewarding industry, there is more than one way to do it correctly, but even more ways to do it incorrectly. At Times, it can be one challenging and discouraging journey.

I have been in the Real Estate space since the year 2000, the big Y2K remember that? maybe not, LOL. So... that means I have experienced a great deal since then, from great heights to the lowest lows of real estate and real estate investing.
Real Estate Investing is a System that anyone can replicate, but definitely is a very detail-oriented system in which a lot of mistakes can be made.
Most people think that they need to go at it alone because they can’t afford to pay someone to help them. I my opinion and personal experience, that is not true.
At the same time, you can definitely go at it alone and if that is you… I am rooting for ya!
